update style #13

Hey! I added font for text in the template and changed background color. Also, I have added separate file with requirements. Thanks for the PR. However, I'm not going to be using Django so the requirements.txt isn't useful. Also, the modifications to the templates aren't good for how I normally work. The CSS is fine and will do until I get around to making some proper styling.
