Context Menus & Data Editors Not Working on Docker Image

The interactive context menus and data editors in CytoExploreR use capabilities of the host machine which are not being passed to the docker container.

I will be switching all context menus and data editors to use a rhandsontable shiny interface so that these features work universally.

Benefits

• shiny interface is more attractive.
• provide a consistent frame work for editing data in CytoExploreR (no more mixing menu with edit calls).
• edits open on top of the display where they are easily visible to users.
• excel-like features (such as dragging) will make it easier to edit larger data frames.

Pitfalls

• editors may take slightly longer to load (shiny start up time).

These improvements will be included in the next release of CytoExploreR (v1.0.5).

All data menus and editors have now been upgraded to use rhandsontable. This update is included in version 1.0.5.
