Hello,
I was just wondering, if there is a way to make the HLA-PRG-LA output generated on exomes for the pre-print https://www.biorxiv.org/content/early/2018/10/26/453555 available.
I am currently testing it out, and got a lower accuracy% for HLA-A and HLA-C from the same 29 samples. So wanted to compare with the results from the pre-print and check which samples are discordant.
