Feature Request: Compiled executable and Conda package #17

Feature Request It would be really nice to have a compiled executable for linux as well as a conda package for MetaMaps. MetaMaps is challenging to install on a managed server without su privilege. I think a side-effect to easier installation would be a larger user base. Great work and thanks!

FYI I'm working on a conda package there: https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/21388 For future versions, it would be nice to:

have proper github releases, I used latest commit from master banch for this first package
and also a procedure to install perlLib and other perl/R scripts in standard locations (conda follows the standard of installing only the binaries in bin/, and the rest in other directories like share/)
