why is the taxonID negative? #50

hmp7_2_short_miniSeq+H.EM.WIMP, one of MetaMaps_example_output，I don't know why some 'taxonID' is negative and the same. some values of the 'Absolute' are also the same. Thank you!

Hi @WDH1999,

The value -3 is used to distinguish between the estimated abundance estimates for taxa and some summary statistics (which do not beling to a particular node in the taxonomy). The value are generated at all taxonomic levels and also identical across taxonomic levels.
