As a user I want to access a Privacy Policy page so that I can understand how my personal data is collected, used, and protected.

Acceptance criteria

  1. Provide a link to the Privacy Policy page in the footer of the site and any relevant pages where user data is collected.
  2. On the Privacy Policy page, include information on:
    • What personal data is collected
    • How personal data is used
    • Data retention and deletion policies
    • User rights regarding their personal data
    • Contact information for data privacy inquiries
  3. Ensure that the Privacy Policy is written in clear, user-friendly language.
  4. Update the page with the latest policy information and include the last updated date at the top or bottom of the page.
  5. Ensure the page is responsive and easily readable on both desktop and mobile devices.
