Progress event is working incorrectly #26

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a MultiparUrlLoader; add progress event
2. add file data
3. load

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Handler of progress event should run during uploading

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

version 1.3; window7
Please provide any additional information below.
Hope progress event works same as FileReference
