FanDuel Showdown MLB #56

Hi Dima,

Any chance you want to add FanDuel MLB showdowns to the solver package? They have an MVP (2 x score), All Star (1.5 x score), and 3 open spots. Must have at least 1 person from each team.

Could you please send me exported csv for FD MLB showdown? I can't enter contest and download players sheet, because fanduel give me restricted location error.
