Hit detection is broken on camera move/camera zoom

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create note, add text, check that mouse can be used for text selection.
2. Move camera by holding Right mouse button.
3. Try to select text

Actual result: text selection doesn't work anymore Expected result: text can be selected by mouse.
