This PR hacks in English graphics sent to the child GBAs in Single Pak Versus mode.
All Japanese text should be translated.
Notably, some of the payloads sent are decompressed using a routine from the GBA Bios. I can decompress these binaries myself using the GBA "LZSS" decompressor by CUE. Thus, I can extract these payloads in the batch script, .incbin my translated graphics, re-compress those payloads (thankfully, CUE's optimized compression algorithm allows for the resulting file size to be smaller than the original!), then re-incorporate them into the ROM.
(Note to self, run No$GBA in NDS Lite mode (poppy graphics) when taking screenshots, or playing in general)
Also included are minigame instructions for challenge and multiplayer modes. It was a straightforward task to translate and place all the English text, and the formatting process has been very easy thanks to grit, so minor edits in the future could be done fairly easily.
