Where to specify recipients of a post? #11

According to https://github.com/DimensionDev/Maskbook/wiki/Payload-of-posts-and-comments, it seems that the current paylaod (-38) does not have a field to specify recipients. Is there any new information to be documented?

store in the local database. since the list of the receivers can be arbitrary long so it is not wise to store it in the payload.
