The evaluation is executed when the user opens a webpage.

The scope and the life cycle of the evaluation of the result align to the webpage, on a per-tab basis. It is not shared across tabs. It is deleted when the webpage is closed or there is a hard reload (other than "soft reloads" like history operation or PJAX). It remains when the user repeatedly opens and closes the composing box in the same webpage.

The feature you are suggesting is necessary. I agree with picture one (Not as Yisiliu at left bottom corner) but the second picture is ambiguous and seems not complete. It might be better to reuse the current UI to switch the account.
