Is this a low-probability event problem?

In https://github.com/DimensionDev/Maskbook/issues/409 we defined that Step 1 should be login. However, 409 was never put into execution, and https://github.com/DimensionDev/Maskbook/issues/862 made this further difficult.

We may need to introduce a renovated version of 409 which combines the logic and the current UX infrastructures.
