feat: add initial global grid layout + placeholders #1

I've created an initial global grid layout and also included some placeholders in header, different sections and footer for better visualizing.

styled-components are installed

So at this stage the website has a global layout and is divided into header, main and footer. There are placeholder texts, simulating the prod env.
