[1.12.2] Better Portals conflict

Minecraft Version - 1.12.2 Mod version - latest 1.12.2 release (3.0.12)

Description: If the user has the better portals mod installed (using 0.3.7.7), entering a rift or dimensional door will cause the player to get softlocked on the "Loading Terrain" screen. once force shut down and relaunched, the player will fall to their death and be sent to limbo as the dungeon does not generate. If the player exits limbo the game will crash (report attached)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. ensure both mods are installed
2. enter a dungeon or dimensional door
3. force close and relaunch
4. fall to your death
5. exit limbo with eternal fabric crash-2022-12-15_20.02.26-server.txt

I encountered this bug just yesterday and didn't know which mod was conflicting with Dimensionaldoors, thank you for the clarification!
