The newest version of this mod crashes the game immediately if dynamic surroundings is installed. The previous version works just fine alongside it.

it crashes by itself, as in this dupe: #118

Multiple mods/sponge causing it to crash isn't the same thing as it crashing on its own. JEID is capable of running by itself with many other mods alongside it, just not dynamic surroundings and a few others that have been mentioned in those other issues.
