Incompatibility with Biome Paint Tools #72

Using JustEnoughIDs (version 1.0.2 - 26) and Biome Paint Tools1.12.x - 1.0, JEIDs seems to prevent Biome Paint Tools from working. One can use the biome pencils included in the mod to copy a biome, but the pencils are unable to then change a biome as they normally should.
