I just installed the plugin and used the config in the README without any hooks and when I press esc I'm still in resize mode.

Additionally might also be nice to export the end_mode method as well. It's not currently exported: https://github.com/Dimfred/resize-mode.nvim/blob/d32eada900df20b9c10a3f343eb025cd3fecd30a/lua/resize-mode/init.lua#L8
