fix: update the current date when changing tabs #327

Fix #325
Previously the date was only update once the app start. So at some point if the app survive a night, the date will be wrong. To prevent that, we update now the date every time the tab is changed

I see why the CI tests failed, I will fix it

The CI here is green, however for the same code, the CI on my forked repository is red. This test testItemCategories is inconsistent, and could failed, even when run on my Mac. I don't understand why it's inconsistent yet. Anyway, I will focus on that and do another PR, I don't think it's related with this one.
