Bug: custom emoji picker, issue scrolling up #1920

Environment:

iOS: v17.2.1
IceCubesApp version: v1.10.26

Description

Scrolling down the custom emoji picker is no issue but when scrolling back up there is this stutter that makes it nearly impossible to reach the top. Video:

Same issue here with iOS 17.3 and app version 1.10.29 ✌️

Not just iOS but also macOS (Intel).
