Bug: Leaving app and returning immediately refreshes timeline #1935

Environment:

Description

Leaving the app for any reason and returning (even within a few seconds) will force the timeline to flash and return to the top of the timeline.

E.g. launching a link to Safari then immediately switching back to Ice Cubes. This makes the app almost unusable, unless you don’t click any links.

Solved by switching off Fast Refresh.
