Feature request: Accessibility option to disable frosting on toolbars (readability issue) #1938

I'm using the theme Nemesis - Light and I can see the buttons in this toolbar (see attached) just fine. However, when I add a photo attachment the toolbar becomes frosted and several of the symbols in the toolbar become unreadable to me. Please add an accessibility option to disable this frosting effect.
