Possibly related to #426

Some Mastodon clients (I.e. Tusky for Android) render markdown in the toots. This is especially useful for tech heavy instances where code snippets are shared.

I believe it would be a great (optional?) feature for Ice Cubes too, despite markdown net being officially supported by Mastodon itself.
