Update Simplified Chinese localization #2173

@nixzhu It's been a while. :)

Just want to make sure if we want to keep `Telemetry" as "数据收集" or “遥测”，I picked "数据收集" at the first point because I've never seen the term “遥测” in iOS apps personally.

OK，或者用“数据采集”。Telemetry 是一项远程的从物理设备或虚拟设备上高速采集数据的技术。
