Feature request: Keep position at last read toot on Mac #767

It would be nice to have an option to keep the position when the last toot of the timeline is at the top of the window. Currently you have to scroll down each time to hide the last toot, otherwise the new toots will bring up the timeline.

Ça serait bien d'avoir une option pour garder la position quand le dernier pouet de la timeline est en haut de la fenêtre. Actuellement il faut penser à chaque fois à scroller vers le bas pour masquer le dernier pouet, sinon les nouveaux pouets font remonter la timeline.

It's planned to have a pinned to top setting at some point.

Just started to also use the mac version, and this is the first thing that looked like a bug to me. New toots just appear and thus the latest ones you actually have read are being scrolled down, making these new ones to be considered as read as well..
