GFF files are not imported to IGB correctly #16

In order for IGB to read the GFF files correctly all ID's need to be unique and each entry needs a Name attribute (usually the same as ID)

I have successfully updated the gffs for the quantseq data s.t. they appear on IGB. I still have to do the same foe the 5PSeq gffs
