Names of menu "DR/EXPO" and "LIMITS" should be changed #125

"DR/EXPO" and "LIMITS" are outdated names. They don't reflect the possibilies
of Open9x (and, so, could be ambiguous) :
- Open9x don't have dual-rates but multi-rates with expo/curve and flight phase
differentiation
- LIMITS menu include also subtrims, PPMCA and symetrical option for gains

Furthermore, theses menu's names are not really self-explanatory (unlike
"SETUP, "FLIGHT PHASES" or "MIXER" for example) as they don't tell the
objectives of the menus concerned : "DR/EXPO" is to modify sticks orders,
"LIMITS" si to modify servos throws.

So, I would suggest to use :
- "STICKS CURVES" instead of "DR/EXPO"
- "SERVOS ADJUSTEMENT" instead of "LIMITS"

I am not sure about changing the names, people could be lost. But in another
hand, having the right names is something good.

The names you suggest seem too long to me (and to the screen). What about:
- STICKS
- OUTPUTS

Same, not sure. STICKS would be fine, as would be OUTPUTS or SERVOS.

But my worry is that (new) people won't find DR/Expo anymore, as probably 90%
of flyers have no idea how they actually work and that they're part of
stick/input formatting.

It could be changed for the gurus. Guru definition: Those who use PPMCA or
PPM_LIMITS_SYMETRICAL

LOL ;-) And many thanks for this modification !

Please take care of the name of the raw option for stick in the mixers, it has
to be changed also.

The raw option for stick in the mixers? What do you mean?

It is the "DR yes/no" option : yes = orders after Sticks menu, no = raw sticks'
orders (issue #56).
That's why I proposed "sticks curves", as the acronym to replace "DR" is simple
to find, like SC or StkCv.
