Inactivity Time Warning Problem on version r1379

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set Inactivity Alarm to 11 minutes.
2. Cycle 9x Power.
3. Inactivity warning will occur very quickly (just a few seconds).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
With a setting of 11 minutes the voice alert should require 11 minutes before 
the warning occurs. But it occurs much sooner than that.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Stock 9X, FrSky, Haptic, Audio, Voice, r1379

Please provide any additional information below.
Inactivity Alarm settings 10 minutes or less are Ok.
