Expos/DR should have default mode order and support negative weights #35

As also listed for companion9x, although likely really an open9x issue.

- The order of Rud/Ele/Thr/Ail within Expos/DR should likely corresponded to
the order defined in general settings, which I presume it should as it says
"Channel Order (for Templates)". If I set my default to mode 2 (RTEA), the
order as they appear in for Expos/DR is not effected, it would be nice if they
reflected the default selected order.

- lastly, it would be nice if Expos/DR also supported negative weights as can
be specified for mixes, and thereby instead of having to define a negative
curves, the control may simply be given a negative weight,
(I thought this worked before, but I must have been wrong.)

I answer also here:
expos/dr are applied to inputs (sticks) not to outputs, so the order the dialog
is the internal order of sticks and is not affected by channel order.
About weight: a negative value there is meaningless if you think in the logic
of inputs: it's a travel limiter not a travel inversion, it's better to do it
in the mixer. Otherwise there will be 5 possible ways to invert a channel...
It doesn't make sense...
For expo instead a negative value is allowed as it increases sensibility in the
center of the stick

Actually it makes more sense to conditionally invert/scale the effect of an
input here if used within multiple mixes, doesn't it?

As otherwise why not eliminate the Expos/DR window, as each use of its inputs
may be conditionally inverted and/or linearly and/or exponentially scaled
within a channel mix specification? (Which I'm not against, as the only value
the Expos/Dr settings have is that it allows the conditional scaling of inputs
which may be used in multiple mixes, and thereby not needing to change multiple
mixes if wanting to scale any a common input.)

Your thoughts?
