I just noticed "Slow" was now in 0.5s increments, cool! However the change 
wasn't applied to the other similar parameters (delay, and flight phase fade)

I have added support for 0.5 sec step in o9x mixers in companion.
But something should be still haldled during fw conversions (ie from er9x
to oper9x)
