Trim key repeat doesn't work in extended trim range #57

When extended trims is set to on, if you hit the trim and hold it, the trim 
will stop at the "standard" 25% trim throws. One can go further out, but key 
repeat is disabled, so it literally would take hundreds of key clicks to get to 
where we can. Going back into normal range from extended range is however OK.
