FP0 (only) bold display not working in MIXER screen (r1197) #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Set up three flight phases, FP0, FP1, FP2 (I used IDL1/2 for FP1/2)

2. Set up three mixer lines on same channel, each active for FP0, FP1, FP2
only, in that order and with Weight set to 50, 80, 100 respectively.

3. Note that as flight phase switch is changed, only FP1 and FP2 display bold
as they should, while FP0 never goes bold, even though correct FP0 function is
confirmed by observing servo output (weights 50, 80 & 100.)

My test specifically looked like this (Channel order AETR) ...

------------------------
MIXER   6/32        5/11
CH1  Rud   50          0
 :=  Rud   80          1
 :=  Rud  100          2
CH2  Ele  100
CH3  Thr  100
CH4  Ail  100
CH5
------------------------

Phase configuration looked like this ...

------------------------
FLIGHT PHASES       3/11
FP0          (default)
FP1 A        ID1 RETAab
FP2 B        ID2 RETAab
FP3              RETAab
FP4              RETAab

Check FP0 Trims
------------------------

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mixer line with FP0 should show bold when Flight Phase 0 (FP0) is active.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
