This app called 'voice rcorder' on playstore is a copy of your app, closed source with adds and payment.

I humbly ask everyone who see this message to report this all on playstore.

Also a github page called 'hall of shame' for all those people wh copies your work without following the FOSS policy should be put together.

But this is totally free open source and ad free.

Hi @WelkinBunbury I believe that AudioRecorder is under Apache2.0 license which allows people to do any modification for any purpose even for commercial use without having to open source their work. See below snippet from Apache FAQ:

I HAVE MADE CHANGES TO AN APACHE PACKAGE AND I WANT TO DISTRIBUTE THEM. DO I NEED TO CONTRIBUTE THEM TO THE APACHE SOFTWARE FOUNDATION?

No. You can keep your changes a secret if you like. But please seriously consider contributing your changes to the project from which your got the original code. We all benefit when you do.
