alt and altGr are reversed? #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
AltGr + 0

What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using?
JNativeHook-1.1.3

On what operating system?
Windows 7 64bit

Looks like the AltGr ignored by the library, as you can see this doest not 
working also for all other special characters, example:
^,\,`,|,[,]...
but those all special characters works with alt+...  rather than altGr +...
alt and altGr are reversed?

I am not sure its possible to have gotten them reversed but I will double 
check.  Can you please provide your native language.

I will take a look at this bug with but #32 after I resolve a few of the 
pending stability issues.

Definitely related to bug #32.  This will probably take a while to fix.  The 
code behind the char look ups on windows is horrific.
