JNativeHook changes system language on Win7 #70

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Register the native hook with a modifier key (or maybe not)
2. Fire up your application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The system language then changes from default to whatever other language
installed. I believe it only changes when the system hotkey is enabled for
changing language.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Win 8. It works fine on Win 8 but causes this problem on Win 7 64 bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Can you test with 1.2?

I am unable to duplicate this issue. The language on Windows will change to
the default locale when a new application starts. For example on my Windows 7
machine, English:US is set as the default locale (shortcut ctrl+0) and
German:DE set as the secondary (shortcut ctrl + 1). When a new application
lunches, it will set that applications locale to EN:US, the locale can then be
changed back to German:DE with ether the shortcut or the language bar. The
JNativeHook library appears to handle this correctly. If you are still having
an issue, please reopen this ticket and provide additional information.
