Add and Update markers. #131

Changed the coordinates for some markers to better reflect their height and/or actual position in the game.

Also added markers for Decked Out, Etho's Base, and Grian and Cub's inventories.

Yeah, some markers might be slightly off their real positions, because they were added during the season, by people getting the coords from hermit's videos. Thanks for the contribution 😀
