Move chapters with no (or small number of) images into its own folder #15

That will make it much easier to edit and navigate

This is almost done, the reason it took so long is because I had to build a tool to help with this (https://github.com/o2platform/leanpub-book-site) because leanpub did not supported virtual paths for images
