I deleted some text here, and just want to be sure that my edit clearly reflects your meaning. Specifically I deleted -"So, if he makes a decisions about A, then he also basically makes decisions about B",on line 10/11. I wasn't sure if you meant a decision about A would impact on B, or if they were 2 separate decisions. If you want me to re-insert it and expand on the meaning please let me know.

btw, for this kind of comment (specially when you have already submitted the PR) it is better if you put the comment on the actual PR (like what you were doing at the beginning)
