Add CTRL key modifier for +100 training increment

While increasing/decreasing training points by clicking the arrows, now while holding down the CTRL key, each click increases/decreases points by 100 instead of 1 point.

do +10 instead, +100 is pretty unnecessary

Nice! Changed it to 10 instead of 100. We need to somehow inform the users about this. I will open an issue.
