Release 1.1.1 not up to date with code #2

Hi, the release 1.1.1 is missing the Monitoring-Plugins-Eval fix, from the Code Update from 2018. This is true for https://exchange.icinga.com/dinotools/check_squid/releases as well.

So we should just release a new version.
