is it possible to turn off shopsanity so i dont have to spend 2000 gilder on crests?

I'm not one of the devs, but it is possible to turn it off yourself, in a way. In your presets folder, open the default.json file in notepad. Under either the "fixedItemSources": { section you can manually junk fill the shops or under the "itemSourcesWithoutProgression": [ section you can enter the shop locations as never having progression items.

Ok thanks. I figured that out to change my starting gilder but didnt know i could change more
