.inc files not obfuscated #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. include an '.inc' file
2. .inc file is not processed

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
.inc files are PHP files (within the context of a PHP source tree) so
should be included in the file mask

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Request is to allow include files into the obfuscation list.
