Error "Cannot open File" #140

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Xbmc and launch Navi-x
2. Click Navi-x media portal (home)
3. Error  "Cannot open file"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to see list of links for movies etc. Instead get error message "cannot 
open file"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version. 3.7.5. Error occurs when using xbmc on AppleTV 2(2G). 

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue started today (06/11/12). Was able to access Navi-x for yesterday 
before issue started. (tried restart ATV/Uninstall&Install)

Same error here was all working fine all day then the last few hours nothing. 
Any help with this would be good. Using ubuntu 12.04/xbmc 11.0 eden with the 
latest navi-x thanks again.

Im having the same problem running Navi-x thru xbmc on a Vista P.C. up until 
last week it all worked great but this week even after re-install of xbmc and 
Navi-x the same message appears "Cannot open" I hate this as I love Navi-x via 
xbmc. Any idea when this problem will be sorted Thanks.

This 'cannot open file' seems to be a very common problem.
Have you ever thought to migrate navi-x in some sort of peer-to-peer network ?

i had the same issue unistalled 3.75 and installed 3.76 seems to be working ok

Did a reinstall of xtreamer ultra with newest openelec RC5, all works fine, but 
in Navi-x I cannot open Last24 hrs and Last week, it says cannot open file.

Navi x 3.7.6

Any ideas?

Yesterday it said "cannot open file" and now it just keeps it at "please 
wait.." when i want to connect to the navi-x portal! So i have to reset my 
apple tv to get back to the main menu! How do i fix this??

The latest version of Xbmc,Win7, navi X ( i was on 3.7.6 )but the same thing 
don't work ,i'm traying to upgarde the script but no good news PLEASE HELP

I have having the problem. 

Running NAVIi 3.7.6 AND also 3.7.8.  Hands XBMC on 3.7.8 but get the file not 
found error on 3.7.6

Hello,

I am having the same issue with Raspbmc and Navi-x 3.7.6/7/8

Is this something that occurs every now and then? or is it an actual bug?

In version 3.7.6 for Playstation 3/Showtime I don't get any error but the list 
never appears (it used to work fine some time ago, same version).

Im getting the cannot open file too when I click the portal. Is this just a 
server issue or is it my setup?
