Error why using filterByCoverage function #44

when i tried to use this maser function, am getting this prompt error

[ Error in dplyr::filter(): ℹ In argument: ID %in% res_id. Caused by error: ! object 'ID' not found Backtrace:

  1. maser::filterByCoverage(DM1, avg_reads = 5)
    1. ID %in% res_id](url)

Oh, didn't later back to doing the alternative splicing analysis, but I think the issue has to do with different versions of the package and biocondoctor
