Interest in having PhotoGIMP packaged for release on Discover store #102

Are there any legal issues with repackaging GIMP as PhotoGIMP for a regular release? I distrohop quite a bit and can't live without PhotoGIMP. I get tired of patching this in because frankly, GIMP should have this patch by default.
