Drag_and_Drop file feature only works on Mac. #2167

I had tried https://github.com/DioxusLabs/dioxus/blob/main/examples/file_upload.rs on Mac\Windows 11\fedora 39 Only on Mac it can read a txt file drag_and_dropped from desktop
