Auto-install libxdo-dev when creating a new desktop project #2219

Feature Request

With the cargo-mobile tooling, you'll get prompts to install required packages to get mobile working. We should do the same with other system dependencies like libxdo since that seems to be a common painpoint for users getting setup.
