add geostreams sensor id to field mapping table and endpoint

This PR adds geostreams sensor id mapping to field.

The migrations are already created so you only need to first update data from box, (shapefiles and data.json) and run poetry run ./scripts/migrations_forward.sh then import the data by running poetry run ./scripts/import_data.sh
