42 add create and delete endpoints for all the models #43

This PR depends on #41

Run migrations once. The apis for create and delete have been added.

I have the script for posting data as well. You can test it. I can share it once you are ready to test the data. I haven't configured the key part yet. but I will take a look into it in a separate issue.

Can you add a changelog entry? The rest looks good. Tested added and removing a farm
