Question About License #7

Hi I have a question about license. i plan to use DirectOutput / DirectOutput PinballX Plugin / IniFile.cs Files in our project. what is the license type of that code and can i use that commerial purpose?

I've mailed Tom about this, and I'll post here if I hear back from him (unless he replies here as well first).

Unfortunately, DOF doesn't have any stated license anywhere I can find. The "Copyright" page in the DOF documentation, such as it is, consists of merely this: "The DirectOutput framework R2 has been implemented by SwissLizard." The GitHub terms of service are of no help here, either, as they don't create any automatic open-source license in content published in a public repository (such as this one) apart from a license to use the repository content within GitHub itself. So I think you'll have to assume that this is a "personal use only" type of license until we get official clarification from Tom.

Hi! I just heard back from Tom, and he was kind enough to add a formal LICENSE file to the repos. He used the MIT License.
